1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Armor Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services or products. Auto Armor Films shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

(Aggregate Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.)

2. Product Use Disclaimer (Important)

You acknowledge that the application of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Vinyl Wraps requires professional skill and proper environment. Auto Armor Films is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle’s paintwork, surface, or body occurring during the application, usage, or removal of our products.

  • Repainted Surfaces: Our products are designed for original factory paint. Installation or removal on repainted, damaged, or non-factory paint surfaces is entirely at the user’s own risk and voids all warranties.

3. Product Descriptions and Colors

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Color Accuracy: Please note that actual product colors may vary from the images shown on your monitor due to lighting and screen settings. We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing bulk quantities.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.
