Warranty & Claims Policy (International Wholesale)

1. General Return Policy
Due to the complexities of international logistics and customs regulations, all international wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect ordering by the buyer). Please verify your specifications (Series, Color, Quantity) carefully before payment.
2. Quality Guarantee
We strictly guarantee the quality of our Auto Armor Films. We accept claims only under the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects: Issues such as adhesive failure, abnormal discoloration/yellowing, or delamination.
Shipping Damage: Severe packaging damage that affects the product inside.
Wrong Items: Items received do not match the Proforma Invoice.
3. Claim Process
If you encounter any issues, please follow these steps:
Do NOT Ship Back: We do not require you to return the defective items to China (to save shipping costs).
Evidence Required: Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the cargo. Provide clear photos and videos of the defect and the box label (Batch Number).
Verification: Our technical team will review your case within 48 hours.
4. Compensation Solutions
Once a claim is verified, we will settle it via one of the following methods (based on mutual agreement):
Replacement in Next Order: We will send free replacement rolls along with your next shipment. (Recommended).
Invoice Deduction: The value of the defective items will be deducted directly from the total amount of your next order.
